Terms and conditions apply. Membership numbers are limited. Membership term is set to a minimum of 3 months, upon completion of 3rd consecutive month membership will adhere to a rolling monthly membership. In order to cancel a membership a 1 month calendar notice must be given from payment date, cancellations received after the payment date will be subject to further payments.

 

All spa treatments must be pre-booked. Membership Complimentary day passes are issued throughout the year (2 on sign-up, 2 more January further 2 more in July).  A maximum of 2 complimentary day passes can be used on any one day.

 

Retail, food and beverage discounts are applied during membership days only and only to the member. Room bookings must be made direct with Crowne Plaza Felbridge-Gatwick Hotel. Treatment credits can not be rolled over. Treatment credits can only be used on treatments or retail products in the Chakra spa. Free parking is available for non-members using a complimentary day pass.

 

Persons under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an Adult upon every visit and must adhere to usage of the facility as per signage, instructions and rules.
