Winter can be harsh on our hands as weather turns to freezing, to compensate we turn up the thermostat. Switching between these two temperature extremities dries out our hands and cuticles causing nail breakages and brittleness.

The best product to maintain healthy nails

Cuticle oil is a handy little product to use throughout the day to help repair dry or damaged cuticles.

Keeping cuticle oil in your bathroom, by your bedside or in your purse can really help you remember to be applying it throughout your daily routine.

How to use cuticle oil

Using just a dab of oil per nail and massaging it into the areas on and around the cuticle can help not only dryness but also get blood flow to the area to promote healing and skin recovery if you are a nibbler like me!

Doing this just a few times a day can make all the difference.

Cuticle oil also acts as a lubricant and can protect your nails from excess water, it also contains vitamin E to help strengthen your nails!
