The Omega-3 fats in salmon reduce inflammation in the body, which can also reduce the inflammation and redness in your skin. Vegetarians can find Omega-3’s in flaxseed and walnuts.
This is an amazing fat that can be used topically on your skin – we use it in a lot of our new treatments! Coconut oil is an anti-inflammatory with a range of benefits; try adding it to a smoothie – it’s amazing!
